Know Before You Go

Parking - Parking is free and located in the front of the Zoo. We ask that you watch your step and secure your items in the car since there is limited lighting in the parking lot.

Will call - If you have pre-purchased tickets, you may check in at the Will Call window, which will be located at the front entrance of the Zoo.

Walkups - We have a limited number of walkup tickets available. The Oct. 3 performance is sold out and no walk up tickets will be available for purchase. The audience is capped to ensure proper social distancing at the outdoor concert venue.

Gift Shop - We will be selling our Interlude Concert Series t-shirt and branded mask. Other Philharmonic branded items will also be available at our Gift Shop.

Masks - We are requiring that all concert attendees wear face masks upon entering and exiting the concert venue space and while navigating the zoo. You may take them off when you are seated and a safe distance from others.

Giraffes - We love the giraffes—and we hope you will too! Join us for free giraffe feedings from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The kids will love it!

Zoo Exhibits - The Zoo exhibits will be open, so we encourage you to come early and enjoy the different areas of the Zoo. Please note that some exhibits will be closed to comply with social distancing protocols. Please reference the Zoo's map here.

Chairs - We encourage all attendees to bring their own chairs and blankets. There is very limited seating provided at the concert venue space. The spaces for seating will be first come first serve.

Weather - If there is inclement weather, we will cancel the concert and automatically refund all ticket purchases. Any weather-related messages will be updated on our social platforms.

Food & Drink - The Zoo's Watering Hole will be open during the performance. Also, Cypress Street Station will be selling beer, wine, and mixed drinks on site.

Livestream - Can't make the live performance? No worries. We will livestream the concert, in its entirety, from the Zoo. You can watch it live here, beginning Saturday, Sept. 5 at 7:20 pm.
